General
Please note: Colours of our products may vary slightly
A written invoice is available on request and an e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to the e-mail address supplied, please ensure that this address is current and active.Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

Payment Details
We accept: payment over the telephone by credit card/debit card

Delivery
Delivery charges are included in all the prices quoted
Prices quoted only apply to delivery within the U.K. mainland only, please request a delivery quotation for any other areas.
You will be advised of the delivery timescale when placing your order.

Returns/Cancellations
Any goods may be returned or cancelled within 7 days from receipt of delivery for a full refund (customer is responsible for carriage costs where goods have already been sent out) Goods must be in an unopened condition and unused.
If you cancel an order which has been paid for by credit card and the cancellation is no fault of ours, then you will be liable to pay the credit card transaction fee of 4.5% of the total cost of the order.

Faulty Goods
If any goods manufactured by Gardenpine prove to be faulty the said goods will be replaced, credited or refunded at our expense. Faulty goods provided by other manufacturers will be that manufacturers responsibility and Gardenpine will not be responsible for carriage charges although we will do everything we can to assist you in getting satisfaction from the supplier).Where refunds have been requested an authorised payment will be sent to you within 30 days. We cannot give credit for incorrectly ordered items but as your order will be verified by e-mail this is most unlikely to occur. Faulty goods may be returned once they have been opened and will need to be returned in their original packaging. In the unlikely event of you having to return any goods for being faulty you can claim a refund of the postage cost (only on goods manufactured by Gardenpine). by Email: admin@gardenpine.com

Complaint Procedure
All complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible, (we do not like to keep our customers waiting)
In the unlikely event of any complaint you should contact customerservices
Please give as much information as possible about your problem including times dates and any errors. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as we receive it and will endeavour to reach a mutually agreeable solution to any complaint about our goods or services within 5 days and will keep you informed every step of the way.

We value you as a customer and will do everything that we can and as quickly as we can to resolve any issues arising from sales from our web site. "This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer"

All of our products are made from solid wood and are all manufactured to the highest quality. All products come fully treated with a bird and plant friendly preservative.
